The Prophaze journey began in 2018 while addressing a real-world customer security challenge. During the response to a web attack targeting microservices, our founders identified a critical gap in the market. While many Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions existed, none were designed specifically for microservices-based or container-native environments.
This realization became the foundation of Prophaze. From day one, our vision was to build a security platform designed for the future of applications, one capable of protecting cloud-native workloads without compromising performance, agility, or innovation.
