Key Responsibilities
- Content operations (articles and videos): Lead the day-to-day operations with quality and scale, including execution of international content roadmaps.
- Content optimization: Optimize existing pieces of content to improve performance.
- Content promotion and distribution: Develop ongoing, repeatable strategies to promote and distribute content to increase performance.
- Performance reporting: Analyze and report on KPIs to track progress and identify opportunities for further enhancement.
- SEO strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
- On-page SEO: Manage meta tags, structured data, URL structures, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Off-page SEO: Oversee backlink acquisition, authority building, and partnership outreach.
- Technical SEO collaboration: Work with developers on page speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Keyword strategy: Research and implement targeted keyword strategies to improve rankings and organic visibility.
- AI-driven optimization: Optimize web content to perform well on AI-driven answer engines and voice search (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity).
- Structured data: Implement schema markup and FAQ-rich snippets for enhanced discoverability.
- Content experimentation: Experiment with formatting and contextual authority signals to increase Prophaze’s inclusion in AI-driven responses.
- LLM visibility tracking: Track and analyze LLM visibility metrics and build frameworks to measure organic influence beyond traditional SERPs.
- SEO KPI analysis: Analyze KPIs such as organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, domain authority, and LLM mentions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience creating and executing SEO strategy
- Bachelor’s degree (technical background is an added advantage)
- Ability to create a compelling content marketing roadmap aligned with program growth targets and GTM business objectives. This includes identifying strategic customer pain points, conducting keyword research, delivering content briefs to copywriters, and ensuring delivery of the final product.
- Well-versed in SEO content production best practices, roadmap creation, topic selection, brand messaging, and voice/tone guidelines
- High attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks while maintaining consistent quality in work output
- Strong international SEO skills, with the ability to develop coordinated global and local content strategies
- Proficient in content management system (CMS) infrastructure as it pertains to content marketing, with 3 years of direct experience. Skilled at connecting user experience with CMS functionality to deliver positive content marketing outcomes
- Experienced in using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, and other SEO platforms for campaign insights
- Collaborates effectively with content and design teams to continuously improve performance and drive organic growth
- Creates detailed dashboards and monthly reports for leadership review
